Room needs updating. Had a old smell , musty smell.

Location was fine. The breakfast items were not the freshest but the lady helping was very very nice.

I have no idea how the reviews were high, PLUS I paid 40 to 50 dollars over the posted rate so I felt it was because the place was very nice. Also i did not have my service dog so no idea if they charged more for a pet I did not have. The facility is aged with alot of deferred maintenance. My room had to be changed because the TV did not work. Another person got keys to a room that was occupied. Someone else had water issues. Also it is a non smoking room and floor and the person that had to come upstairs did not even react to the strong smell of pot from the room next door. i really think that Microtel or booking.com should honor the lower posted rated.

We like how we weren't too far from good places to eat. Breakfast was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pool wasn't clean. The elevator stopped working and we had to use the stairs a lot.

My room wasn't clean Lil bugs everywhere that was biting me sad for a nice hotel

Dirty room and bugs

When i got in the room i had used tissue for my nose flushed it and the toilet didn't flush. I went to the desk at first they were going to move me which they should have done but the manager said the maintenance guy is here and we will send him. first I think one of the maids came in looked at it and tried looking inside the bowl. She said the maintenance guy will be here soon. I waited around 15 minutes I had things to do so I went to the desk and said the guy never showed so move me, please. The nice lady behind the desk said let me get the snake and try that. She came in said yes something was jammed put the snake it ...it fixed (for the minute) .. Before using the toilet that night i put 2 tissues in and flushed it was jammed again. So i couldn't use the toilet for the night I told them at the desk the next morning it's still jammed. I should have been moved right away

Bathroom sink was clogged, front desk girl came and repaired it, maintance was to follow up as the sink was leaking, they never followed up,sink leaking all week, microwave was missing plate inside otherwise all was well,front desk girl was very helpful all week

First off, Fantasticly Great staff all the way through! Contenental breakfast satisfies, super clean!

Side door is exit only,butI'm assuming this is for security reasons.
