they didn't have the warm cookies at check in. Does Hampton still do that? I loved that part in the past.

Location
Devices charging was connected to a mystery wall switch that had to be on along with room light. And even after replacing the remote for the TV, could not turn the TV on. Plus the WiFi took forever to connect, had to get help from staff.

Not a big fan of turkey sausage but no big deal just a personal preference
Asked front desk clerk to have conditioner refilled in shower dont know if it was done because it still didnt work, could have been a broken canister I did like having the canisters much better than those little bottles.

Location was great and it was clean.
You could hear every noise throughout the hotel at night. We were not even near the elevators but we heard them loud and clear. Doors opening and closing in the hallway. The door was closed but the light from the hallway was coming in through the gaps so I'm not sure if that's why the noise was so bad but it kept us up all night. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and thin with rust stains on the mattress. We travel alot and it's not very often I leave a review like this. It may be the lack of sleep but I had to put it out there.

The breakfast was Ok but there was no milk for either the cold cereal or the oatmeal. The attendant simply said there was none. One gentleman asked for butter not once but twice before the attendant didn't bring it until at least 15 minutes later. By then his waffle was cold. The attendant was the most unfriendly person I ever encountered.

We booked this hotel for our daughter, who is 19. On the booking.com site it said 18+ can check-in, but when she arrived they wouldn't let her. Fortunately we found her another hotel, but through no help from Hampton's.

the beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows were little with no support and the mattress was very uncomfortable

The check in and out process was easy and the people at the desk on both days were very nice. The room was very clean and the shower was awesome!
The beds were horribly uncomfortable. I think I would've been more comfortable had I just slept on the floor. Also, the pillows were so flat that I stacked two and couldn't even tell. We could also hear every time someone else around us flushed their toilet. I felt like I was living in the never ending night.
