The windows didnt lock which made us a little uncomfortable and I traveled with kids

Rooms were very clean inside. I've read some reviews complaining about the smell but during our stay we experienced no issue. The location was great, very close to all the downtown bars and restaurants.

On our first night my cousin who we were visiting stopped by our room. Got a call from the front desk explaining they have a 'no visitors rule'. Once I explained that it was my cousin from the college and that he would not be staying the night it was OK. However, I received 4 more calls from the front desk that night asking if I had more guests over. Very odd old hippie lady working at the front desk, she just stares at the cameras and calls up to your room whenever she sees the door open. Didn't have this problem the next night when that employee wasn't around. They did extend the option to pay $10/day per visitor but, after paying in full for a room, I don't believe you should have to pay some sort of entry fee for family members who are not staying the night.

Low cost and close to downtown. It’s not the Taj Mahal, but the beds were comfortable and the hot water was plentiful.

it seems that there are some long term tenants who hung out in the lot. They weren’t threatening, but it made the place interesting.

The room was heavily scented, very unpleasant smell.

outside does not look like much but the rooms are redone and wonderful a block from downtown so great location.
