We had to leave pretty early and did not have time for breakfast. I lost my kindle in the parking lot ( my bad). The room was very nice and very clean.
The noise from the air conditioner was annoyingly loud. .

The room was a great size, bathroom was very nice, pool was cute for little kids. Loved that it was pet friendly!
The gym was a small room full of equipment that was out of order. The slide to the pool was extremely shaky and made me nervous. The "pool" was more of a landing zone for the shaky slide. Pillows were terrible, but the bed was comfortable.

the swimming pool and hot tub really needed work, it as very old. The water was not clean or up to par. it looked like it had not been tested and adjusted.

The room, beds were comfy. Decor was amazing. We stayed Christmas eve and Christmas day and the hotel was magically decorated. It made the holiday even more beautiful for our family.
Wished the pool had an actual swimming pool included not just a wading pool and slide area.

As we were leaving the next morning, a gentleman, I assume to be a manager of some sort, was loudly arguing with a guest. in the lobby. She was trying to apologize to him, but he was very rude and she got mad and said she was calling the police. Another staff member who was checking me out witnessed it as well. I don't care what she did, he was very unprofessional to have argued with her in the lobby. Very dismissive and rude. I am a property manager as well, over 20 years, and I would have fired his ass on the spot. Sorry, but you asked.
