Breakfast was so so, minimal products. Sausages were out waited over 15 minutes and did not they did not put out more.
Elevator was out for the last 2 days that I was there. I was on the 3rd floor which is the top floor. After skiing it sucked. Then when I checked out had to take my family’s luggage down the stairs. They were too cheap to have the elevator serviced an operational…..

I stayed two nights , first night was alright had no issues the second night after I had went to a concert I came back to the room and wanted to take a shower and clean up . There was zero water pressure. I called the front dest and sat on hold for 45 minutes . I went up to the front desk and not a single person was around . Went to check out and told them about this and the front desk person looked me in my faced and called me an idiot and said I was stupid. Was nasty dirty underwear and garbage in the back parking lot.
The staff . The facilities , the pool hours .

For us the beds and pillows were soft.
You noticed an unusual smell as soon as you walk in. Corporate needs to go to this location and do a remodel this place could be great if they upgraded. The pool and hot tub needed cleaning. Our room had that smell and needed to be cleaned better, in that case, they did have a sign outside Hiring Housekeepers. They charged us $150 and then $9 what! Really we have stayed at newly built hotels in the area that charged us $20. The outside was picked up unfortunately by the main trash it was horrible. Shame on Comfort Inn for not updating this place, and paying their employees more. I hate reviews since some are full of it, this is why we tried it, for us the low rating is true will not return. The location is GREAT!

It was easy to get to, even with the construction. The staff was nice.
I requested an Accessible King suite because I'm pregnant and needed the additional space and the help in the shower, and they put me in a Queen suite instead which had bugs on the curtains and very tiny pillows. And I requested more pillows when I checked in, and never received them.

The cleanliness of the hotel. For this room, we had standing water in the shower when we arrived, and the light switches looked like they hadn't been wiped down or sanitized in a long time

We reserved a king-size bed, and the mattress was very comfortable compared to most hotel beds. I have a bad back and usually end up hurting all night; however, I slept very well, and the following day my back did not hurt.
Also, the continental breakfast that was provided was very nice.
There is nothing that I didn't like.

Checking in was a joke . The worst experience I've ever had checking into a hotel. Seriously Motel 6 does a better job. Breakfast was cold and the waffle maker didn't work the first day when I tried using it but one of the employees came over and forced his way in between me and another guest to show us what you have to do to get the timer to work and it wasn't even applicable to the instructions on the waffle maker. The dining area was a mess it was disgusting. The garbages wreaked in the kitchen and dining area. I paid way too much for what I got and I was not impressed whatsoever. I would really like to be able to get a full refund. Oh and before I forget they were also bed bugs.

Very clean and worth the value
The breakfast area is small, pool is extremely cold for kids and people kept sneaking in dogs through the back.

The breakfast was ok but not great. Not enough fruit choices and the butter does not need to be cold. The cereal was for little kids and not healthy choices.
The carpet on the stairs was awful. And the toilet in our second room didn’t flush the first time. The tv in our first room quit working after 15 minutes.

I was surprised at the price/value for my week-long stay, which I believe was less than $100.00 per night (taxes, fees, etc. included). The Hotel was less than 1/4-Mile from I-15; and I could usually get to Downtown within approximately 10-20 Minutes, with significant ease of access to and from Freeway.
Since the weather was pleasant, I sat outside, at night, several times; and never felt the slightest concern for my safety nor intrusion from non-guests at the Hotel. This was despite the fact that the Hotel was located within very short distance from a Hospital, Shopping, Fuel/Service Centers, Office Buildings, and other important features/attractions. All rooms appear to be new or newly renovated.

The staff, pool and breakfast were very good. The coffee was exceptionally good.
Priceline listed this hotel as having airport shuttle service. It does not. Cost me $40 one way.

it was clean and well kept
that they couldn’t only charge me for one night cause I had the stay in booking.com. I had to fight with both to just get my money back for only staying one night and they still have not rembursed me that money

That the hotel won't close out my credit card they let the security deposit stay as pending until the credit card closes it out and that usually takes about 7 business days or more.. all they would have to do is finalize the transaction and I would get it back the next day.. this to me is horrible business and pure lack of customer care

Most reviews were really bad but it was decent enough, room was clean, kids enjoyed the pool and staff was friendly. Breakfast could've been better but my kids also enjoyed.

Everything in the room was comically broken. The desk chair, door lock, TV, phone and shower tiles. No one at the desk cared.
