The hotel was not clean I had to buy my own towels and sheets room was never serviced by housekeeping and when I asked they would say the housekeeper has already cleaned the room I had to take pictures and show them to the owner I checked out they continued to charge my card and has been refusing to give me my money back

I want to contact you guys through David and booking and it was a poor policy experience because of everything was great no checked in at about 9:30 went to the store that night and came back about 10:30 p.m. it was a sock in my room red white or blue or black is which and I am homeless I didn't have any socks I walked here from Memphis Tennessee on foot, so I was wondering if I could get a refund through booking or through this hotel that I booked through because this is the worst experience thank you and God bless Signature Brandon C Earl

no microwave, refrigerator wasn’t working

I didn't I was used by the hotel did a job for allot lease never got paid but was charged full price for 2 months of stay. Was lied on by workers room broken into while asleep and gone also my fiance was hurt and treated very badly also done wrong. I did a job that would have cost them 10000 but never got but $145 in cash I also had to pay for my room that was not clean and property was dangerous.

There was no microwave and refrigerator and we had to ask. They immediately brought in a microwave and refrigerator.

The worst motel I've ever seen. Cockroaches are crawling right over you in bed. There are no sockets, only in the microwave. The floors are sticky. The rooms are smoky. There is a lamp on the bedside table that is not plugged in, because there are no sockets. The furniture has not changed for 30 years. Everything is old and worn. Some strange personalities are wandering around the corridor. Attention!!! There is no hot water in the shower. Only ice water!!!! The Internet does not load even an ordinary page.

I don’t know where to start. First and foremost not a family place. We on our way from PA to TX and stopped to sleep however we couldn’t because the ppl that obviously live there were up all night laying around on the most rotten smelling filthy carpet in hallways and outside the elevator. Our room had a TV and tiny microwave and that’s it not so much as a hook to hang our jackets or a place to put our bags. The bed comforter had cigarette burns and other larger burn holes from who knows what-however given the appearance, demeanor and behavior of the other “guests” one could make a pretty close guess. Ice machine on lower level but no bucket or plastic cups to get any. And the towels once were white but ragged and grey in color. Even tho they were treating the bed for bedbugs when we got to room the sheets were clean and the mattress was comfy. Again NOT a family friendly place.

I liked the location it was in the middle of restaurants and stores with Walmart right up the street

Management was a joke. No one did their job and they were ok with them just sitting on their butt.
