Exceptional welcoming staff, very comfortable room. Good Breakfast and good location. Bonus that Cracker Barrel next door and handy for the gas station. Nice and quiet but very convenient for Interstate and Highway

Safety and cleanliness are utmost important as a single female traveler. From desk agents to housekeeping, everyone I spoke with were responsive and smiling. Breakfast on minimal side, but enough for my requirement. All in all a safe, clean and comfortable stay.

The walk in shower was great for us. And the bed was comfortable

My room was noisy. Had I known, I would have asked for a room away from the highway side. The bathtub had specks of fiber in it, so it made me think it hadn't been checked for cleanliness recently, though I smelled cleaner when I entered the room. My pillow was lumpy and the pillow-cover seemed worn. The mattress seemed worn as well and not very comfortable. Also, the electric outlet and light on one side of the bed did not work. I suggest that they renovate the rooms little by little and only book those rooms to get better reviews.

What breakfast? There wasn't even fresh coffee at 7am.

A refund would have been the only option so I could stay elsewhere. The room smelled of sewer and the restroom urine. We had to go buy sheets and ALOT of smell good items. I honestly don't recommend this place to anyone. We asked for a different room and refused to accommodate. Unfortunately the room was a nonrefundable stay. They acknowledged the smell and blamed it on the sewer line being combined with the convenience store. I will never stay there again.

The staff here are incredibly friendly! They always make me feel like I'm staying at a home away from home. I've stayed at this location a few times. It's in a quiet area, but it's close to a freeway, so it's easy to get anywhere in the FW area.

Nothing to complain about! Always stay here when I go to DFW.
