Safety and cleanliness are utmost important as a single female traveler. From desk agents to housekeeping, everyone I spoke with were responsive and smiling. Breakfast on minimal side, but enough for my requirement. All in all a safe, clean and comfortable stay.

My room was noisy. Had I known, I would have asked for a room away from the highway side. The bathtub had specks of fiber in it, so it made me think it hadn't been checked for cleanliness recently, though I smelled cleaner when I entered the room. My pillow was lumpy and the pillow-cover seemed worn. The mattress seemed worn as well and not very comfortable. Also, the electric outlet and light on one side of the bed did not work. I suggest that they renovate the rooms little by little and only book those rooms to get better reviews.

What breakfast? There wasn't even fresh coffee at 7am.
A refund would have been the only option so I could stay elsewhere. The room smelled of sewer and the restroom urine. We had to go buy sheets and ALOT of smell good items. I honestly don't recommend this place to anyone. We asked for a different room and refused to accommodate. Unfortunately the room was a nonrefundable stay. They acknowledged the smell and blamed it on the sewer line being combined with the convenience store. I will never stay there again.

The staff here are incredibly friendly! They always make me feel like I'm staying at a home away from home. I've stayed at this location a few times. It's in a quiet area, but it's close to a freeway, so it's easy to get anywhere in the FW area.
Nothing to complain about! Always stay here when I go to DFW.

From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel until the day I departed, I was treated with impeccable service. Upon check-in, the friendly and professional staff made me feel like a valued guest. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was impeccably clean, reflecting the high standards of housekeeping.

Ice machine did not work,smoke detector battery hanging out & not connected properly, no housekeeping ,had to unclog toylet our self’s breakfast was sad, not very apealing

The only reason we booked was the fact it had two queens and sofabed. We needed the room space. Too pricy though.
There was no hot or continental breakfast. The only thing you got was a bag with a microwavable tiny sausage biscuit, yogurt, and an apple. The sofabed matress was stained and very thin. It was not comfortable at all. I think it was a little pricy too.

the heater option on the AC wouldn’t work. it probably would’ve helped to have the buttons not worn off or a remote to use the thing. it was better than being outside but still not warm.

The breakfast was miss leading. They only had a sack filled with random food for breakfast and we were lead to believe that there was going to be more options and a buffet style. Disappointed with that.

The bed was very comfortable
No hot breakfast, night light on the bed were broken and was not working ,the TV was old ,toilet flushed,but took 2 mins for water to go down,it was very cold and no heat in hallway and lobby
