The unique antiquity and furnishings are lovely. Family owned and gracious greeting when we arrived. Cleanliness and comfy bed an A+. We did appreciate the "get started" breakfast on our own.
We had a difficult time sleeping due to the amount of light in the room from the door transom from the hallway lighting. It was as if we actually had left a lamp on while trying to sleep. Lighting in the room was dim over the sink mirror making makeup application challenging, but there was a mirror with good lighting in the bathroom. No place to plug in a hair dryer next to any mirror.

It was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. It was also within walking distance to everything.
My only complaint would be the light from the hall shined in our room from window above door ( we like it very dark) but it is a small complaint.

A very friendly welcome from the owners and a great place to stay right in the centre of town. Rooms were comfortable with all you could need and it was nice not to have the TV, it seemed more in keeping with the building

Very nice boutique property in the center of town with easy access to everything Wallace has to offer. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating.
No AC, which would normally not be an issue, but the area temps were high during our stay.

The bed sheets were the whitest sheets we have ever seen, so crisp and cool. The hotel is in the town centre so everything is on hand and walkable distance. This hotel has history which you can feel, brilliant!!

The staff was great. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Our room was on the front facing the street immediately below and it was noisy from the nearby nightlife establishments. That’s understandable, but just try to get a room not directly above the street.

they don't have a parking lot, so you have to park in the street, rooms are not quiet, we can hear every step from the people in the room next to us, the shower is really small, no tv in my room, no AC, instead there were two little fans.

Quaint old hotel, right in the middle of town. Just loved it all. I would recommend the Mine Tour to everyone coming to Wallace. The City Limits Pub is also great for dinner.

Authentic Old Western feel. Great central location. Coffee, fruit and cereal bars set out for breakfast. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent wifi.

Too many emails/messages asking for arrival time. Even after letting them know we will arrive before 9pm we got multiple messages asking for arrival time.

Donna was very accommodating: she allowed us to change rooms because the noise from the street festival bothered us so much. The breakfast was easy and quite satisfying. Good coffee! The location was perfect.

Historic old building and all is kept as it was from the early 19th century. Very friendly staff.

Hospital caring couldn’t be nicer. Restaurant-menu-brochures placed on reception desk … an impressive example. Overall satisfied with cozy and comfort bedding.
Imagine strong wifi, but no tv. Should be considered for elders who needs tv for information. Why not setting for it??

We loved everything about this place. Our host, Donna was so sweet, kind and informative. We wouldn't change a thing. We have already booked another stay for September!!
