Located in a parking lot is not my favorite place to stay! The hotel needs an overall renovation.
But it was ok.
Breakfast choices were good.
The desk chair in our room had a torn arm that looked ugly.

There was little to no hot food items (someone before me took last little egg/omelette, no potatoes, no meat/sausages, etc.), then the refill of these items was so slow that you just got tired of waiting since you had places to go. I were very around 8:00 a.m. for breakfast each morning and gave up trying to eat there by day 3.
Breakfast. I get it’s not a five start hotel, but you just want to get in, eat and get out and not have to wait for 30 minutes to get up multiple times to get breakfast piece m during that time.
Also had to get my room keys re-set every night and they were no where near my phone. I know how to follow that rule. It was annoying having to go to the front desk every night after a long day of (insert whatever activity). You just want to go to your room and be comfy, not have to go all the way back to the front desk, and hope they aren’t on break when you need it or you have to simply sit and wait for someone to come help you when you just want to go to sleep. Yea, that happened too. No one at front desk for 10 minutes. Probably a potty break, but there should be enough staff on hand for these things.

Good location surrounded with shops and restaurants. The attendants are courteous and kind.
The price is high than others hotels that are located close to that. No cover for car in the parking lot.

The front desk staff were friendly , beds were pretty comfortable.
We stayed here after my sisters surgery so we didn’t have to drive back late to our town. microwaves in rooms. one microwave for everyone in lobby - it wasn’t clean disgusting. upon arriving to our room we noticed both queen bed sheets were dirty with lots of hair pieces and we turned over the pillows and saw drool stains possibly from last guest , and makeup. sheets were wrinkly, we asked for another room the front desk was friendly they switched rooms for us, this time beds were clean. lobby/ facility was overall unclean. bathrooms in lobby disgusting. housekeepers where mocking us in Spanish because we wanted to switch rooms we knew because we are Hispanic. we didn’t use the whirlpool because of how unclean the facility was. we checked out early because we weren’t looking forward to their breakfast. overall disappointing experience. it’s sad because I’ve had such a different experience at holiday inn at Milford :( Photos taken from first room beds we were checked into.

The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was very hot. Shower pressure was nice too.
The hot tub bubbles did not work. The key to our room stopped working several times. Vacuuming woke us up. Breakfast was okay. The juice tasted more like water and the milk carton I grabbed was expired. Also, ice machine on our floor was broken pushed bottom for several minutes no ice, even tried pushing a few times.

Location is great that's why I keep chosing this place. Also most of the staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is also decent.
When I checked into room first 4 towels I checked had dirt hairs and nose filth from previous customers 🤮 they were clearly not washed and just folded and put back for next customer. After seeing that, never used towels on my face. Always used my own paper towel. When spending a lot of money and staying in hotel as a customer I feel I should deserve that trust level from hotel to provide clean towels and not having hesitation to use them.
Also if you could please invest some money on an extra microwave, 1 poor microwave that tons of people in the building use.

hot tub was dirty, restaurant attached to it was horrible food was over cooked and not cooked, breakfast was stale and bland, no microwave in the rooms, ice machines weren’t working, & never changed bed sheets

Location was absolutely perfect. The breakfast was the best at a chain restaurant by far. The room was in pristine condition and well kept. Overall, a great experience.
