When arrived I was up graded to a suite . It was wonderful!!!

Room was clean and very comfortable.

I have arthritis in my knees and was given a room on the second floor with stairs. Not really convenient for handicapped people.

Food was good…staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was a great property, and our room was awesome. The bed was so comfortable. First of all, I just loved the town of cripple Creek, it was the first time we had been there and we’re going to definitely go back. I loved the decoration, the Decour in our room. It was a mix of old and new and it was done so tastefully. I was clean, and so comfortable. We had a lot of fun down in the casino and their restaurant. Serve some pretty good food and an awesome breakfast.

Honestly, there is nothing bad to say about the property or our experience. We really enjoyed ourselves in cripple Creek and at the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the environment and the amenities. I would send friends there, and definitely return as well.

staid for three days linen was never changed never received any coffee or towels at breakfest we had to wait for breakfest really long time big tall lady though she should get big tip or else waiting was long while others were arriving later and getting feed first never again

Able to order anything on the menu. With the club card is priceless. The Staff is Marvelous
