The unit is certainly comfortable and spacious with a large living area that includes ample seating and a small 4-top dining table. The kitchen is functional. Bed is good quality. There is also a lovely outdoor seating area on the deck.

The unit is part of a small apartment building with at least a couple of the units being "private." It is also on the street side of the building - there is no view of the ocean from the unit. There is "beach" access but the beach at that location is nothing but rocks. Also, the kitchen is under-supplied, but I assume not many folks to much real cooking.

the photos made it look like it was an ocean front apartment, it’s not. The apartment building is oceanfront with access to the beach, but units a & b do not have views and all u hear is PCH.

Excellent and unique location right on the beach, above the waves. Direct access to the beach. Veranda with sea view. Good size apartment with ample room in both the bedroom and living room. I also want to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts who helped us recover an item we had forgotten at the property a few days after we had left. Thank you very much!

I know few properties provide this but a few basics like oil, salt, and pepper would really be helpful for travelers who want to cook their own meal.

The property included everything we could want on a vacation - extremely comfortable bed, extra pillows, great kitchen, nice, simple decor and we could simply walk out of our apartment to see and access the beach. It was walking distance from the Pier where we had a delicious meal at Malibu Farm. We also liked the location as it was near many great hikes!

if you want to enjoy on beach you need to walk to public beach which is 6-7 min of walk.

It was a beautiful location it was perfect for our family and we enjoyed how close it was to the beach. Our daughter played all day and had the luxury of just running upstairs for a nap and bathroom breaks it was beautiful and we will be returning asap!

absolute nothing don’t rent this property you don’t see anything from the room pictures are not true!!

one night it was about $700, I booked it because pictures seems like it is right in front of the sea! OH NO!!! from the room you have absolutely no view I called immediately said I will cancel the room he said he give me back the money but later they told me they will not!

The location of the property was great. Literally on the beach and close to all the key amenities that we wanted to be close to during our stay. The propery was clean, easy to find and get into. Would highly recommend and stay again too!
