Old and smells like an old hotel.

Decor and the smell of the hotel was out of date and smell was like mildew

I liked absolutely nothing about the motel the part that I stayed resembled a motel 6 that was old out dated and the smell throughout the hotel was horrible it smelled like sewage they have a nerve to charge 25 a night they say for incidentals or room credit to eat at the restaurant they charge 10 dollars a day for parking but they don't give you anything to hang in the stating you paid or even ask for your tag number ok so back to this room it was beyond raggedy it was stuffy the curtain had holes in it and was barely hanging on the rod I am speaking on the side I stayed o. Which is the side with the balcony or patio they 7 and 8 hallway as they called it I asked several times to be moved they were going to just move me to a different room not sure what the rooms looked like in the Hightower building but the 2 floor side absolutely horrible

Staff were most welcoming and offered fine knowledge and recommendations. All questions had great on the spot answers.

My room was at the fire exit. Those rooms should be booked to couples. They are not secure for single females

Staff was friendly

The smell of the hotel and rooms was very unpleasant. The bed was very uncomfortable and felt as though it needed to be replaced. Never heard a mattress creak when you turn over. Pillows were flat. Bathrooms were outdated and tile was cracked in places

Daytime front desk supervisor and staff friendly, cleanliness

First night A/C did not work, was told we would have to wait til maintenance came the next day. Shower water would not get hot. Supervisor sent maintenance, they changed the handle but water still did not get hot. Called and requested maintenance again for the problem to still not be fixed. Spent 2 nights and was not able to take a comfortable shower. Night time staff lacks customer service skills. Paid over $400 for the worst 2 nights experience ever. Daytime supervisor did offer to give $35 off one night. The stay still was not worth the amount of money spent. Very disappointing and frustrating.

My aunt loves this chain, and wanted the points for the stay. There was a firepit.

Getting a cookie did not make up for the long line at check-in. Only having one, albeit friendly, person working the desk was imprudent. The restaurant had the same problem. One server for the entire place. She was lovely, but it took forever to get food and drinks. Not a fan of the bomb shelter windows in my room. If I was in a wheelchair, I might not have seen anything at all.

Customer service outstanding. Shuttle service is excellent.

Several repairs needed for the room. Bathroom door hinge. Security latch needed repair. Glass shower door would not stay closed causing water to leak on the bathroom floor.

Location, location, location. Well situated if you’re flying out of JAX. The restaurant serves fantastic food and the wait staff are incredibly friendly and outgoing. Can’t say enough about the food and staff.

Unfortunately, for a Hilton property, this hotel remains incredibly aged. The rooms look tired, there doesn’t appear to be any attention to detail or appearance. Whether it’s the toilet paper holder loosely attached to the wall, curtains that don’t full close, dirty balconies, or unattached lamp shades, the rooms give the appearance of minimal upkeep and maintenance.

The beds where super comfortable. The complimentary cookies.

The room was outdated. There was no UPC plugs tech equipment. That was the most frustrating! Water in shower was not very hot. They charge for parking overnight even if you are a guest.?!?
