Everything! it’s the best hotel experience we ever had!

Staff friendliness and courtesy. the location. the amenities. the art. the experience.

The property was in an amazing location and more upscale compared to nearby hotels. There is also a parking garage nearby, or valet available. The lobby is beautiful and has a great bar. Additionally, the service/staff was incredibly welcoming. Plus, Malin + Goetz soap?! A win for sure!!!

However, for a place of this price and reputation, I expected the room to be cleaner. It smelled of we*d from someone smoking in a nearby room, and the shower, floors, and countertop felt grimy. The towels smelled musty, and the duvet underneath the coverlet was yellowed. Overall the cleanliness was only a 7/10 and for a place this “nice” I want to feel at home, where it’s safe to put my feet on the floor and head on my pillow. Additionally, you can hear EVERY single noise from inside and outside the hotel from your room. So my sleep was disrupted by rowdy guests and room service at all hours.

The location was within walking distance of my daughter. I felt safe and the staff was helpful when I had questions. Breakfast and the latte was good.

I forget how much hotel prices have gone up since Covid!!

Room, ambience, entertainment were great! The restaurant was fantastic!

Staff, facility amenities, parking. Dark and kind of unkept looking. From desk staff were really bad. Ho-hum attitude, no warm welcome, they weren’t even smiling. They were training someone new, and made we wait at checking until they were finished talking.

Friendly people, comfortable beds, clean, decent fitness area

Terrible food. No vegan options and few vegetarian. Not even a veggie burger.
