Quietness of the area. Cabin was great.
Didn’t like the tv/stereo system. It was extremely confusing to operate and very frustrating. The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable.

We needed to just get away and it was amazing. The wildlife was up close. It was very quiet and relaxing. I couldn't have expected anything more. The dock and swimming was perfect. I loved every minute.

Outdated amenities, cabin pictured on booking.com was of sky suite which I thought was what we were paying for. Cabin 1 is right next to community dumpsters and with a bad wind you smell trash sitting while outside on the deck.

Fantastic service-very accommodating to our questions and needs. Very beautiful and private. Nice location and very close to Eureka Springs although the road in is definitely a 5 mph max. Lovely lake views from the cabin and its deck. Wish we had stayed longer to take advantage of other amenities. We would go back in a heartbeat.
Wifi was quite sketchy. We weren’t looking to connect to work, just stream music through the nice stereo system. Bummer. While the water was certainly clean, it had an off taste from the tap. Filtered water from the fridge was much better so use it for coffee, etc.

This was our second stay here in the past year! We love the cabins, learned from our previous visit to bring many of our own meals so that we could grill out and cook. We wanted to just spend more time in the actual cabin, so we did! Jacuzzi tub time each day, loved the huge windows and how the space feels, and we really enjoyed having a fireplace. We loved the robes and packaged new slippers available for use.
Honestly, our only complaint was that the bed in our other cabin we were in before had a much more comfortable bed! While this mattress was comfortable, I think it is time to replace it because the middle caves in a bit and can be hard on even our 30-something backs! :) But we will be back and really enjoy BLC! (Maybe leave some more toilet paper and bath salts for those that stay more than 1 or 2 nights, like we did!)

We were pleasantly surprised with internet and TV. It was beyond beautiful, quiet, and there was lots of seclusion. The staff were so upbeat and made it seem like they loved interacting with their guests.

We loved everything! The room was perfect. It’s a great romantic location. My husband loved his robe so much he had to bring one home. We will come back!

Perfect place for a romantic getaway. The rooms are so comfortable and the fireplace was the perfect touch.They thought of everything to make it the most comfortable and relaxing visit.The thoughtfulness of having a few pads/tampons under the counter, complimentary snack bowl, bath salts for the large jet jacuzzi tub, coffee beans- just so much extra thought. So thank you for making this the perfect stay! We will be back!

Thought there would be better views of the lake. Restricted view from our deck because of trees. I guess you would sacrifice privacy without the trees.
