Loved the breakfast

Pool was closed. Broken bed in Original room. Original room and a leaky ceiling. 2nd room had even worse water damage.

it is in a great location and staff is friendly

constantly have unexpected water issues and sometimes if you don't check in sooner then later you might be without a good room

WE ENJOYED THE BREAKFAST. THEY HAD ALOT OF DIFFERENT CHOICES OF FOOD. THE LOCATION WAS EASY TO FIND. THE BATHROOM WAS CLEAN.

WE WERE ON SECOND FLOOR AND THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.

Swimming pool are was spacious and continental breakfast was well stocked and staffed.

First room we were put in was dirty (cobwebs on ceiling and spots on comforter), and my husband went to the front desk to ask to be moved and initially was told no other rooms were available. Once other guests arrived in the lobby, suddenly another room was available and we moved. However, the new room had mold all over in the shower and curtains were ripped and old. My baby and I had trouble sleeping in the room and I worried about the mold affecting our health so we checked out early.

water damage on the ceiling, door jam for the dead bolt lock was broke. door did not latch tightly. hot tub jets were broke
