Near my house. Close to some stores, coffee shop, public transport.
The rooms furnishing is old. Air conditioning/ventilation was poor.

The distance to location I needed to get too. The fact that I was close to a stairwell.
Upon entering the room it smelled of cigarette smoke. When using the vents the smell of marijuna came into the room not to mention going into the hallway. THe bathroom curtain had mildew. There was no continental breakfast . Everytime I left the room my keycard would not work to go back in . I had to get it reset 5 seperate times. The day prior to me check out I was called by the main dest telling me I was supposed to check out already. when I went to the main desk I was informed that they didnt call me that it must have been housekeeping. I informed them that it was the main desk and that My check out was the next day. They apologized after asking my roon number.

The room smelled heavily of some kind of smoke, like weed. Because of the smell we couldn’t sleep that night. The A/C was also very loud. There was also no free outlet next to the bed.

great diner right up the road & 7-11 (24 hours) right down the block is always convenient. close to both queens & Long Island. great spot for a local trying to get away. housekeeping & staff were friendly and helpful. parking included is a plus, especially in NYC.
Room was not as clean as it could be. I did find a condom wrapper on the night stand & some used eyelashes in the bathroom but all surfaces were clean (including the floor - white sock approved).

There is no facility for Breakfast or food in the hotel. Atleast a Microwave oven should have been available in the room. That is a big shortage we felt.

The best thing about this place is the location.
I approached the front desk and asked to check-in. The women behind the desk had her head down in her phone and initially didn't acknowledge me. When she did, she was short with me like I interrupted her. Awful customer service.

The bed was okay, but everything else was sub-par. The best aspect of this stay was our ½ mile sunrise walk to get bagels at Tulip Bagels, and then coffee+pastries at Tulip Bakeshop. It was depressing to walk back to the motel, even for just a few minutes before checking out.
There are no USB ports and the only outlets in the room are in the light fixtures next to the bed, which NEITHER WORKED. The shower+bathroom was GROSS, it looked like a bachelor had been living there, refused to clean, and just tried caulking over the moldy corners, and the floor had not been thoroughly cleaned. I can overlook the damaged furniture and traffic noise outside our window (after all, it is NY, traffic is ubiquitous) but the level of FILTH was revolting. Additionally: Our room was non-smoking but the whole hallway of our 3rd floor smelled awful of smoke, and both of our key-cards stopped working (I kept mine in my wallet, but my fiancé kept his separately in a pocket and it still failed within a few hours so we had to visit the front desk twice in less than 20 hours to have them re-charged. Oh, and the elevator is slower than if you just take the stairs.

Good service. Good parking. Room and bathroom clean. Easy drive to JFK airport.

It was a convenient location. Free parking and seemed safe.
The bathroom was not clean there was mold in the shower. There were also stains under the mattress sheets

Worst bed I have ever slept in. Also floor was uneven and bumpy. They put some type of plastic floor over carpet and it was a tripping hazard.
