Dismal dark and dreary decor , shabby worn furniture..poor lighting in the room, not possible to read with the lighting..clean bed and room.. really depressing atmosphere.

i love this place! it is really comfortable and welcoming. staff is super friendly and helpful! The rooms are very comfortable, big, and well equipped with everything you need.

I do think the hotel needs to offer a better breakfast though. There are not many choices and, especially, for people with health issues. if you have diabetes, or you are celiac, or you are vegetarian, you need to bring your own food.

Unfortunately our room had a very strong musty odor that was there for the two day stay 😞. Facility needs updating.

Location was excellent, beds were comfortable, fireplace lit up in lobby was welcoming, staff was kind and friendly.

No cleaning service. Had to call down to request bathroom essentials. Towels in bathroom were gray/ dingy. Television did not work our entire trip. We notified the front desk several times but it was not resolved. We received a 10% discount on our room at check out for this. Carpeting is old and dirty.

Please keep and eye in dishwasher the spatulas have food yet and please cheek the coffee maker, (discard the coffee bag).

Complimentary breakfast available before heading out for the day was nice, great location as well as customer service, Keyshia was exceptional, appreciated her offer to make fresh pot of coffee upon our evening arrival♡

Keeping up with replenishing food items during morning breakfast rush was attempted but overheard other guests commenting they were going to Kwik Trip so they could get something to eat. Gal working area was kind and pleasant and trying.
