It was much better last year when I visit …. That the reason I didn’t book at Hampton Inn because your breakfast was a 10 !!!!

Even though you fix it yourself it still felt like a homemade breakfast … with the biscuit and gravy !!!!

We liked the Large comfortable room with sofa & chair & big screen tv. Coffee/cappuccino machine in lobby was a nice touch. The front desk staff was friendly & available 24/7. Housekeeping staff was very friendly & helpful. Great location near car rental, grocery stores, fast food & nail/hair salons which came in handy as we were in town for a wedding. Ample parking & safe location.

We asked for a quiet room but our room faces the front parking lot & we heard car alarms all hours of the night. The pool is tiny. The eggs at breakfast were terrible in our opinion but it was complimentary so we didn’t complain - just didn’t eat it.

Smell of Marijuana coming through the exhaust vent, in the bathroom from a different room. But I completely understand that management can't control every guests actions. It wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

First of all, I would really like to thank Michael from the reception. I had some rough (not related to the hotel) days during my time in the Oakwood area, but Michael really brightened up those days. Best Western can be really proud to have him as one of their employees. Beside that, the location is also something worth noting: it's close to the highway but you don't hear the traffic, it's close to several dinner option, and it's within reasonable driving distance of Atlanta / Athens / Helen / Toccoa / Dahlonega / ... I liked the new shower cabin.

My room could have been cleaner (e.g. carpets). It wouldn't hurt to replace the sheets and curtains with new ones either.

Reasonable price and pleasant staff. Good breakfast!

Was put in a handicapped accessible room even though I am not handicapped and the walk in shower leaked water into the bathroom and even the hall because the shower curtain wasn’t long enough.

Michael, who was checking me in was PHENOMENAL!!! I had trouble with booking.com, and stood around for an hour as we tried to resolve it. It was late. I was tired. Michael was helpful, comforting, and kind. That's a top-notch employee right there who deserves a raise! The room was beautiful and very clean, the bed was super comfortable. I have difficulty finding gluten-free breakfasts that I can eat at hotels, but Best Western Plus had eggs, sausage and bacon, so it was definitely a bonus.

There wasn't anything I disliked about my stay.
