Breakfast was good.
Lack attention to detail- no batteries in tv remote; toilet seat loose; reserved a king bed and got two queens.

The beds were comfortable
I booked a 400sq ft room and was put in a 250sq ft room. The door was ajar upon arrival, but the room was empty and clean and it was after midnight so we crashed. The place is “settling” so there are cracks in the walls and floors. This is why the door wouldn’t fully shut, unless full body forced. The hotel “store” was poorly stocked. The shower pressure was lacking. For a Hilton hotel- it left much to be desired.

The room was big with great amenities! Love the bathroom space! Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. The breakfast was delicious. The best hotel breakfast on our cross country trip. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The only suggestion I have would be for the curtains to fully close to blackout.

The property looked very fresh and new, even though I was told that it was an older facility. I was impressed with all the thought that went into the design of the rooms. They were very efficient and very comfortable. The linens were fresh and clean and the whole facility smelled clean and fresh. The staff was great. Everybody was very attentive and helpful. I like the fact that there were ice machines on every floor, I didn’t use the workout facility but it looked really nice!

Quiet location. Dora, morning clerk, solved our billing issue.
Please be aware if you book through booking.com to check the rate you are charged when you check in. Alex, check in clerk, was alerted, by me that the rate was not correct. After fumbling around with the computer she said it would be fixed by the next day. Of course it was not but Dora ( sorry if name is incorrect) fixed it the next morning.
