Pool was nice

Staff was horrible lock on door was broken from previous person who stayed wasn’t fixed when arrived finally fixed next day door to back patio broken not fixed on fifth floor so wasn’t a worry washing machine broke had to stay up till after 1am wringing out clothes but at least dryer worked someone came to look at dryer on Tuesday got here on Saturday said motor was shot would have to order never got word from anyone when it would be fixed tried to call management but never got return call always told on another line or gone for the day had to go to local laundry mat to wAsh clothes no one here seems to know who to contact with problems washer still not fixed when checked out never got return call from anyone so DO NOT STAY in #503.

Never had breakfast

Refrigerator didn't work properly, bought extension cords so bedroom lights & clock would work. Lamp didn't work, toilet stopped up, bed very uncomfortable

Big pool area (not very clean).

Having a key fob for the pool upon arrival. We had to wait a day and a half into our stay to finally get the key fob!!! Multiple calls were made and broken promises that one would be brought to us. RIDICULOUS that you pay for a condo that has a pool that you cannot use! The pool is a child’s favorite thing about staying somewhere!!!

The Panhandle Getaways staff let us change to a different unit on a different property. That was the only plus side to Reflections... we didn't have to stay there.

The unit was dirty and unsafe. Light broken on back porch, broken off baseboard and nails were sticking out. Dirty walls, blinds wouldn't close, master bedroom closet doors were broken. Painter's tape was all over the place.
