The best thing about the whole experience was location.

When i arrived to my room i did not receive my parking pass. Had to rush to unload with no carts availabe. Had to park at Schooners until after calling twice to Panhandle to receive my parking pass which was a big frustration. Not impressed with the pool facility at all. No lights in pool, which were extremely small. In the room one of the lamps did not work, the other light in the kitchen flickered the whole time, very poor lighting. Never was able to get the TV in the bedroom to connect, and the TV in the living room was poor quality. Only received 2 trash bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper for long weekend. The list of what was poor continues, no sheets for pull out, bunk beds mattress was horrible. Overall not impressed, will never recommend any of my family or friends to stay here.

Called for maintenance on the dryer and toilet was leaking for two days. No response. No one showed up. They told me someone would update me but never called. So I couldn’t wash or dry any clothes.The room smelled moldy and musty. Shower stall was broke in bathroom. Headboard on bed broke when we arrived. Refrigerator was leaking water. I called them back for maintenance but lady never returned my call. View of beach was nice.
