The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.

The hotel needs to be updated. I booked a King studio with a sofa bed because I was traveling with my elderly father and children. I thought it was a separate bedroom. When we opened the door I saw two queen beds and called the front desk. The lady at the front desk said she upgraded me to two queen beds because she saw we had four people. The sofa bed was caved in and I didn't want to put my father on it because he is elderly so he had to share the bed with my child. The tv barely worked on regular channels and kept turning off and on. Couldn't connect to Netflix or any other streaming channels. The front desk said the tv is old and is going to be replaced. The bathroom was not up to par. The caulking around the toilet was on the side of the floor away from the toilet. The shower needed to be calked or replaced, Shower head was broken so the water splashed outside the shower on the floor. The bathroom door was dirty and had areas with f rust on it as well as dirty baseboards. The rug was buckling and appeared to be old in the sofa area, and the walls were banged up. I didn't feel clean in this room nor was I comfortable staying here.

We traveled to Pooler for a baseball tournament. We booked the room well in advance, and some the evening of the check in I called to let the facility know we would be coming in later, and they informed me that they no longer had a room available for us due to “flooding”. They said they sent an email explaining this, but I have yet to receive and email or phone call regarding this situation. The lady answering the phone offered no help or even concern at all! We will NOT be staying at another Marriott location. We definitely will not be recommending these establishments either.

I like the soft bed, assortment of furniture, the nuck area with the mirror and closet. The kitchen area is well functioning, every staff we encountered spoke and very neat and professional appearance. Breakfast was amazing and organized well.

Really nothing bad. FYI: Just in the breakfast area near the waffle iron, I noticed a guest do the unimaginable and take some nuts and the 3 honey packs that she put it back with her nasty hands. Staff is not to blame because they where working very hard. Guests need to keeping in mind they are not at their home. If you don't want it throw it away. Keep everyone safe. LOL. The chairs infront of 1st floor elevator should not be there. Guest need the space to stand out the way as others get off the elevator.

Location close to shopping and food was great.

Our first room was infestated with ants and we requested a new room. The next room had damaged fixtures as in the lights and dog fur all over the pillows on the couch. We settled with this room after we used a sticky roller to get the dog hair off and sprayed the room with microban to disinfect. Staff did what they could to fix the situation, but it would have been complicated to book another hotel in the amount of time to stay reasonable in the price.

It wasn’t clean. Something smeared on the door in the hallway and on bathroom walls. Mattress was dirty. Room was not clean in general.

Breakfast was good. Opened before six am, which was good as we are traveling. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was excellent, the location is spot on for shopping and for the outlets. Theres things to do for the whole family.

I hate hotels that allow pets🤮 exceptfor service animals. There need to be rooms specifically designated for people who travel with animals.
