Great location in Grover Beach, easy free parking

Didn't get a breakfast. Ok place.. probably wouldn't stay there again.
We were told it was walking distance to the beach and it wasn't sn't. Had to drive. And it wasn't. Rooms were adequate for one night not comfy room

basketball hoop in the drive which was awesome. host was incredibly friendly and gave us advice on where to go and what to do as we are tourists, very approachable and easy to check in and out.

There was no breakfast that I am aware of. The location was good. It is near some restaurants and very near the beach. I walk when I have gone to this area in the past, and the walk is easy and most everything one wants is accessible within a mile or so.
The room seemed to stay cool even when the heater was on. A lot of noise in the upstairs rooms above my room on the first floor. However, I was given a choice and told this might happen.

This hotel was maybe the best that we ever had for this price… design of the room was very nice, furniture looked like brand new. Everything was beautifully cleaned. Staff was also really nice and friendly.

Close to the beach and not far from restaurants and stores.
The beds made a lot of noise when got off them and you could hear other people bed when they got off of them as well. Metal frames siding not good from beds.

The owner and the owner's wife went above and beyond my expectations. I asked for just a simple happy birthday note, but they provided a birthday card, balloons, 2 towels, and swans. very very nice people.
The shower was pretty nice and modern and I loved the huge bed!
TV was very small, with very few outlets, and a slightly outdated main bedroom. there were 2 outlets and 3-4 appliances. we had to choose between a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a lamp, (I don't remember the last one). The cord to the mini-fridge did not reach the outlet that was about 3 feet above the floor.
