Location. We often stay at Hyatts and love the brand.

Refrigerator didn’t work, no daily cleaning offered, paying for parking when there is limitless parking surrounding. Unusual sir freshner smell in the lobby.

It was fairly new, great matress.

Staff didn’t seem like they wanted to answer any questions. Elevator from the parking garage was goofy. The front staff didn’t take the time to explain it. I asked the maid on the 5th floor about it and she took the time to explain it very well. I asked about coffee in the evening and was told the is a coffee pot in the room. Come to find out there was coffee available in the lounge.

The room was very clean. It was modern and spacious. The staff was very friendly. My breakfast was good and the coffee was fresh.

The walls are thin and you can hear everything.

Possibility of earlier check ins

The facility has ample parking. It also provided complimentary breakfast. We also like to option to not needing housekeeping service which reduces cost and water usage.

If the room were to equip with couple drinking glasses or cups, it will be useful. Also, there were two bottles of water that marked with $6 each. Even if I were to pay premium for the water, I would question how long that water have been in the room.

Breakfast ends too early. It should be until 11am not 9am on weekdays.

Check in was easy. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Really like the outside seating area.

Staff very friendly. Rooms very spacious and extremely clean. Bonus of bar on site and close to other restaurants
