Highway noise

Very nice experience. I arrived on a Friday several hours before check in and the lovely lady behind the desk, Ella was able to check me in. I so very much appreciated it because I was meeting a friend and my daughter coming from another city also.

It was a very clean hotel and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Very good value.

The pool was a little small

Well to start it was our wedding day and I was charged again plus $30 more AFTER paying in full to booking. The room wasn’t clean there were weird stains all over, the staff was rude and I was scammed. When I kept asking for a refund they put the blame on me. Ruined my wedding getting ready moments. After the wedding that night there were children running without supervision in the lobby after 10 pm toddlers and the oldest was maybe 8. The following morning we went down to speak to them again about being charged twice plus some and the children were still there clearly spent the night in the lobby alone. The woman who said she was the manager after coming in from smoking out front said she refunded the money and it might not be till Monday it would show up on my card. So I waited then found out the money wasn’t refunded till Monday morning and in the wrong amount $29 dollars less than what was charged. So after calling again I’m still out $170 no money refunded and in complete shock this is how this business operates. I have no answers and paid twice for a dirty hotel room.

Great location. Super convenient for the highway. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and hotel Everything else was great!

The indoor pool was too cold to swim in. We chose hotels with pools for the kids. Everything else was great!

Location is perfect. Close to town, but off in its own corner.
