no restaurant available in the hotel, no breakfast, no service room without pay extra fee, and all of them was included when I booked (booking)

Location of the hotel was good with a nice pool area. The local area was very nice with lots of places to dine out. The train station was a 20 minutes walk away with frequent trains into Miami.

What a shame we had Security issues at the Hotel- during our second night we had an intruder into our suite, at first we thought we were being burgled We are now in a state of shock!!! Later security attend and bring us new door cards and said there had been an error with the key cards. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and a major breach to our security. The next morning we went to the front desk to ensure this has been brought to there attention. They said yes and it was unfortunate and we need to contact SoFla Vacations, which we have done (awaiting a response) We find this situation very unsatisfactory, along with the trauma of the intrusion in the middle of the Night.

This had to be one of the best stays I have ever had… The view was amazing the place itself was greatly decorated and comfortable. I will definitely be returning.

expensive parking, no hotel type services, pool and jacuzzi closed at 6 pm. The unit we stayed in could use some care, such as properly draining sink & bath tub.

Helpful staff. Great location, close to supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. Clean comfortable apartment. Kitchen.

Clothes washer did not work. No cooking utensils. (pots,pans, etc)

the hotel is in a great location and in walking distance from many places the staff was very helpful with the valet parking and getting our car whenever we needed it the room was just perfect!

Coconut Grove - great and safe area; Quick and easy procedures for the parking lot and the apartment. Apartment was overall very good and the right choice - highly recommendable

The apartment is in a private residence within a hotel in an amazing location of coconut Easy check in facility and parking available on site, the pool was great and had great views. A super large bed and a great sized bathroom.

The room was small, the floors were in disrepair, the bathroom was disgusting, and the staff was very rude.

the location was great! the view was incredible!

I called on the 14th to get new towels because the toilet overflowed and even though I called twice, no towels were ever brought up. I ended up having to buy laundry powder to wash them myself. the sun shade in the bedroom got stuck and wouldn’t unlock. the bedroom toilet didn’t like to refill so I poured water into the reservoir and we used the other toilet. the dryer took 180 minutes to dry our clothes and almost double that to dry the towels.
