Clean hotel, great staff, heated pool, wonderful location right on the beach.

Could have had very minor free breakfast items. Would have encitivized to eat at cafe.

Overnight desk staff and cleaning staff were excellent. They are the reason the place got any good rating, it was clean! Clearly, the daytime staff were doing us a favor by allowing us to stay there. Not at all the Marriott hospitality standard we are used to. While choosing our accommodations, we filtered hotels by those with breakfast. It clearly states “free full American and hot breakfast” under the picture of our room. The young lady at the front desk was familiar with my issue and nodded when I showed her the screenshot. She said “we have never offered free breakfast, that is an error in our website!” Not “sorry for the inconvenience” or “can I get you a cookie?” She pointed us to buy over priced junk food from the lobby Starbucks. Sorry to say, The Waffle House next door was not a good option, we tried it. Errors happen but not mentioning it when we checked in and then the lady’s response when I asked the next morning was less than gracious.

I loved that we were right on the beach!

We checked in super late Monday night/early Tuesday morning and the gentleman that checked us in was not friendly at all at first then I started cracking jokes and he got nicer. He even told us that he didn't have any upgrades he could put us in that night but said come ask the front management staff in the morning and they should be able to upgrade us. I did what he said any they told me they didn't have anything Tuesday but should have something Wednesday. Meanwhile later that I was in line to get ice and they upgraded 2 families that were in line ahead of me so I went back Wednesday to check and they said they didn't have anything for us not even 30 minutes later I was in line for my daily ice and they upgraded another family right ahead of me again!! That was super frustrating for as many nights as we stayed and the amount we paid. We were in room 134 my email is [email protected] or 618-401-3352! Thanks, Lindsay

I didn’t like much of anything at this property!

This property IS NOT on the Beach!!! You have a long pier to walk to the Beach! The Hotel is 16 ft. off the ground, so you park under it, and with 3 stories, the 2- Elevators are excruciatingly slow and hot!😖

Perfect hotel to book with a infant. Walk right outside and you’re on the beach.

The location close to the beach and the view was great.

I didn't like that the elevator was broke on and off throughout the entire stay. I didn't like that we had to ask for someone to clean/ take the trash or give us fresh towels. There were 4 people in the room but they only gave us 3 big towels each time. Why do you have to ask for the trash to be taken out? It was awkward to have to ask for things I thought are normal everyday formalities when staying at a hotel.

Our room and bathroom was nice and clean. We had a partial view to the ocean. Parking was easy. Elevator was always available and not a long wait. Staff keeps hotel nice and clean on inside and outside.

I loved everything about the property.The staff was all very nice.The hotel was on the beach.The rooms were really nice and clean.They changed our sheets every other day.We loved it and we plan to stay there every year on our Fla vacation.
