It's a pretty older hotel.

Woke up early with no power 2 mornings in a row from a tripped breaker to only our suit when it was in the 20s at night. It was extremely cold! The 3rd time it happened, i had to ask to be moved in a different room.

Breakfast was horrendous with dried stale food, bins like slop buckets and all disposable plates and cutlery

Pol and hot tub was broken, first room was faulty with no tv and electrical sockets were faulty with serious hazards

This is a cute and cozy place. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Props to Saul who greeted us when we checked in and made us feel welcomed and comfortable with the place right off the bat. Definitely great service, and if I'm ever in the area and need a place to stay, I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were pretty standard, but they were comfortable and were very clean. The breakfast had a decent spread, though I have to say the meats were just a tad too salty for my taste. Other than at least the eggs were good and they had a choice between fried, boiled, and scrambled eggs. I also had the ability to make my own peanut butter and jelly sandwich as well as the option for fresh waffles. Overall, a great comfortable place to stay!!

Only two real complaints, the breakfast meats were a little too salty and we needed to request the batter to be remade both mornings we were there as the waffle batter wouldn't pour even though the dispenser was full.

Very complete breakfast buffet, excellent jacuzzi with very hot water, big and comfortable bed. Chinese restaurant on-site with discount for hotel guests.

Breakfast buffet left a bit to be desired. Got there at 8am on a Sunday morning and most everything was gone or little left. There was gravy but no biscuits. Aweful scrambled eggs but no real eggs left. There were makeings for oatmeal but no oatmeal. When I asked the staff about getting more put out it seemed they didn't know what to do. I was told they were working on it but 20 minutes later, nothing. We went elsewhere for breakfast.

Property was under construction. People were working throughout the evening and into the night, causing a bit of noise. Property also had just updated pet policy to charge the same amount for a day up to a week, rather than by night. This was not advertised anywhere on their website or on booking.com. The property had answered questions about pet fees in the question and answer section, and both answers had listed the pet fee as $12/night. This largely influenced our decision to stay at this location. This charge ended up doubling the cost of our stay. The room was reserved for $96/night and pet fee was $75+tax (~$84). When concern was voiced at check in, the staff said they couldn’t do anything but would follow up on it and get back with me. When checking out, after not hearing anything about the follow up, we asked again. They said they couldn’t find that information anywhere. At that time, I provided screenshots of the information, but they did not own up to anything. All they said was that the information was out of date and that it was my error to trust that listing which they had. Overall, poor customer service and information management. Definitely not staying here again. Do not recommend.

Very friendly staff. Surprisingly good Chinese restaurant on site. Nice lobby with games. Pool, spa.

The showers were a bit lame. The lights (as usual) were not good for reading.

The hotel needs to pay more attention to basic maintenance. This is the fourth time I've stayed at this hotel this summer, for a total of 5 nights. During 3 of the 4 stays I had problems with the room air conditioner, the thermostats and one time the AC fan wouldn't work until I took the cover off the AC unit and flipped the fan wwitch off and on a few times. There have also been problems with the small laundry center the hotel has, a total of 2 washers and 2 dryers. On my last two stays one of the dryers was out of service. I've made stafff aware of these problems when I checked out but don't know if any action was taken.

Was charged a refundable pet damage deposit that was not refunded.

Qualkty professoional staff and a very good brreakfast is included in the room rate. This is the third time I've stayed at Sierra Suites in the past month, so obviously my overall impression is very favorable. The rooms are well appointed, beds are very comfortable, there's plenty of hot water for showers, and the towels are actually good size and quality.

They could do a better job with basic maintenance. Twice during my three stays I've had problems with the AC controls not working properly, and this last time one of the two dryers in the small guest laundry was not working. This is probably picky, but I wish they used full size bed pillows. They have four, and they're nice and thick and generally comfortable, but they're shaped so that they're almost cubes. I'd much prefer a traditional rectangular shape, even if that means fewer plllows.

I could bring my dog, Big fan in room and if someone upstairs. I didn't hear them. Breakfast options included eggs

Room banged up, holes in wall/picture hangers but nothing hanging. Pillows were terrible, but bed ok. Bathroom caulk looks terrible and needs to be replaced.

$82 pet fee !!! Your site said $30 and we will not ever use this motel again !!!

The hotel is close to Ft Huachuca.

The hotel is under renovation. The cement bags are stacked up near the rooms. Even though the hotel has two floors there is no elevator so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. A mattress was standing up outside of one of the rooms.

The location of our room. There was construction with cement right outside the door of our room. Cement dust got tracked in our room we had to walk all the way around the court yard to go out.

I fully recommend this place. The bed was nice and comfortable.The staff was very friendly. I totally loved the gardens! We will definitely come back!
