If you want an authentic old-time New York experience, you can't pick a better location. Simple hotel. No bells and whistles. Just a reasonable amount of space, nicely furnished with particularly comfortable desk chair, large walk-in shower and strong hot water. And a location with easy access to transit as well as the multitude of restaurants in Little Italy, Chinatown, Lower East Side, Nolita and Soho.

Everything is excellent

The bed sheet has not change as well as the comforter. Why I know I have a dust allergy and I could not sleep the entire night scratching. Actually I forgot to bring my blue ray light flashlight.The noise outside the hotel like the garbage truck, and car honking.

I've had the most severe allergic reaction in 2 decades. The staffs kindly cleaned and changed the sheets for me, but nonetheless I was a miserable man for 2 days, with a runny nose in an important business meeting. After changing the hotel, all's good again. My family didn't like the bed linen and sheets neither, saying they were quite damp and feels somewhat wet. The staffs, especially the night staff were very friendly and welcoming.

the Hotel was absolute nice, Great Tools with very stunning and good views, very nice staff, very clean,modern rooms, nice coffee and tea bar, absolute perfect Place to start your NewYork Trip as it is directly in Little Italy,Chinatown and next door to Soho.Subway Station very close for going downtown:)

Great location, convenient to many subway lines and all the wonderful restaurants in Chinatown. Very quiet; I heard nothing from any of my neighbors. Spacious room with a desk, comfortable bed and huge shower space. Roof deck with a cool view.

The refrigerator didn’t work, it didn’t keep food cold at all. I had to throw out my leftovers.

Hotel is in a great location. Very good deal price/quality. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, quite. Welcome at check in very fast and helpful with my request.

Loved the room (and the balcony). They utilized every space in the room for storage and function. Great shower with rain and handheld options! Rooftop for everyone to use! Great city pics from there.

No much to say bad about this property

Rooms are nice and big enough for a small family. The bathroom is good, with a generous shower. Staff, Morgan in particular, was always helpful and very nice to us.

Double beds are not very big and though the quality is good, I'd have preferred at least one of the two beds to be wider. Vents on the 7th floor are rather noisy.
