This is a great motel if you are looking to be budget minded and get the best bang for your buck. Not the best part of town but didn't feel unsafe. The gentleman who manages(owns?) the place is such a gracious host. He gives you a breakfast bag with lots of goodies and fresh fruit. The rooms are comfortable with a great view of Pikes Peak. Located close to the downtown area, old Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Lots of attractions in the area (Garden of the Gods is best).

The front desk staff were helpful and the location was great - walking distance to Old Colorado City. Parking was easily available. The beds and linen were comfortable and the room was clean, but it was a budget hotel so I booked a room here mainly for the location.

The hotel was older and the walls were a bit thin; I heard the family next door quite a bit.

Provide breakfast and coffee in the room, better insulation for the door for quietness in the room

Good location, clean, they put real effort into keeping it clean. They did not require cash deposit listed amount paid on booking was all I paid. Unless you smoke or damage the room.

Beds are a bit soft, bathroom small, no hair dryer.

Location was perfect for what we were doing. The owners are very nice & even gave us snacks & water when we checked in.

This is our 2nd time staying here & this time we were apparently in the original part of the property so it wasn't as nice as the upstairs room we had last time.

NOTHING! This place is a joke. Booked a room for a night with a late arrival. Absolutely no parking spots available, nobody at the desk to check in with, and no code sent to get a room key fron one of four key boxes.
