Cleanliness was very nice. The room is very comfortable as well.
The water pressure in the shower really stunk. It was very weak water pressure. I would’ve liked to better showerhead or more pressure.

Excellent shower. Well lit, comfortable breakfast area. Very clean everywhere. Loved the hallway carpet. Well lit hallways. Friendly, professional staff. No negatives regarding maintence. Good value for price
Room was too warm; we prefer to sleep cool. Add hardboiled eggs to breakfast

I wish there was a hot tub. There is a pool, just no hot tub.

Staff was accommodating and friendly. very helpful
the TV was stuck in sport mode and could not get undone. Tried to do over phone with staff which did not work. He offered to come to room, husband was sleeping. Tile in bathroom floor was broke and stubbed toe on it - this tile can cause a serious cut. I advised front desk to tell maintenance to have repaired.

dirty , surrounding areas was in a place where I’m quite sure there was a drug deal going on right beside my car and hookers across the way.IF IT HAD NOT BEEN BELOW FREEZING AND SLEETING OUTSIDE I WOULD HAVE LEFT . I was safer inside than outside for many reasons

it looked newly remodeled, carpet in hallways was clean & a nice design. room carpet also seemed very clean or new, comfortable side chair & bed. large refrigerator for a hotel.
nothing! hotel breakfast are always predictable, this hotel had mediocre coffee, no good creamers choices, no juice choice other than apple, no peanut butter for toast.

the beds are so high, we short people need a step stool.. my mother had a very difficult time getting onto the bed, she had to use an ottoman to help.

I called ahead to make sure the indoor pool was open they told me yes but when I arrived they said it was closed for repair. The breakfast was not refilled there was no milk for cereal no pastries or bread in box it looked empty.

I really liked how close we were to restaurants & to Walmart. The room was clean. Plus they had an indoor pool.
I didn't like how the room didn't block out much of the noise from other people staying at the hotel. We kept hearing banging & a stomping sound from the room above us. At around 11pm my husband went and notified the clerk at the front desk. He told her about all the noise & asked if she could do something or talk to them. All she said was I'm sorry. Which I didn't think was right, she could have asked them to keep the noise down.
Beware of the unsympathetic clerk!!!
