Great location, very cean, quiet and comfortabe!

An ice machine woud have been nice

Great location, very clean place, many rooms with nice balconies. Lots of nice necessities available: from basics like water, coffee, tea through toiletries and dog biscuits to beach towels, sun umbrellas and camping chair that you can borrow to take to the beach.

My room was small - but i know that there were bigger rooms.

4 minute walk to boardwalk , beach, shops and restaurants. Easy short drive to ferry to Southport and Oak Island. Self- checkin.

The security was breached during stay as the front door access code was not activated and remained open to street access day and night.

Loved the free coffee/tea/water station outside rooms on second floor.

I like a very dark room for sleeping. Shades didn't keep out lights too well, but that's just my preference.

I loved the location and the room cleanliness. I loved the security of the hotel.

there could have been more space in the bathroom to shower

This is my second trip to this location. I love the rooms on the second floor because they have access to the deck. It's nice to sit out on the deck In the mornings with coffee or just to relax in the evenings. Also. The shampoo and soap dispensers are terrific.

I could not reach the ceiling fan chain. It would be helpful to have longer ones if someone needed to change the speed of the fan.

Loved the location and room. Wonderful experience otherwise.

Only two issues: water-while water was offered for free it was in huge plastic containers that I would never be able to lift let alone pour into the coffee pot! Door security: loved the electronic panel but was not told it did not self lock staff said everyone gets confused-might want to inform guests prior to arriving.
