Breakfast and location
Mold in room. Notified the front desk with pictures. Staff said they'd have maintenance. Check it out 10 hours later. No communication from anyone. Next morning they said there was a miscommunication. After looking at the mold on the ceiling and the pieces of ceiling falling down. They had meant to move us to another room they said but they got a communication glitch and no one said anything to us.

Our visit was great. We just stayed about 6 wks ago. We love the location and service.
Unfortunately I spilled some water and upon wiping it up with a towel there was a lot of dirt. Maybe the floor was missed being cleaned. Overall still a great room.

Our room didnt have shampoo, a desk chair or bedding for the pull out couch. Shower head was shrieking/noisy and old.

Close proximity to the beach, the outside tiki bar, the fire pit, the location to other things on the boardwalk, the view from my room, How quiet the room was, didn’t hear your neighbors, convenient parking that Was included. The breakfast bar location was all done. I’ve been cute Easter spring things. Super cute.

For being a Hampton, the mattress was extremely sub par (almost felt like an old spring mattress) and the pillows felt like someone just stuffed a pillow case full of rolled up socks.

Very clean, staff was wonderful and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Very good view of ocean. Besides the rain and cold. We enjoyed our stay and breakfast was good. The only downfall was restaurant closed early because of weather. I would stay here again.

Right on beach
Parking was not good i left to go eat and had no where to park when i come back. Talk to front desk and was told i could park across street paid parking. No one walk around cars that was not part of that hotel parking and know one watching or checking cars.

The room was not a suite as we are accustomed to. Hilton has spoiled us with kitchen needs. Toilet plugged twice costing me $10 in tips. Dirty bathroom floor. No alarm clock, not enough pillows and had to tip another $5. Room was a waste of money and deserve some sort of refund.

Building was on the newer side of staying in. Everything was clean and in working order. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, room was very clean and the lay out of food was area was great. The food itself was good and always kept it fill.
