Location was great close to Disney, pool was nice

The house on first impression was clean but very outdated with many repairs needed On closer inspection the house was very dirty with lots of dog hair on the baseboards and stains on curtains, carpet and furniture The appliances and TVs were very out dated and had no apps etc Then we discovered sugar ants all over the kitchen The host did send pet control the day after we reported it, but the ants continued to cover the kitchen and later in the holiday they were coming in, through the back door into the bathroom

Location and ease of access to the property.

Home needed lots of repairs. Blinds falling off in master bedroom. Toilet in second bathroom was broken. No water in bathtub in second bathroom for 2 days. We called and no came out. Carpet strip leading into master bedroom had tack board exposed. Called a second time and was told that the message never got passed on. Wife ended up stepping on the tacks and hurting her foot.

Everything was perfect, property was much bigger than I anticipated and we were absolutely content the entire stay. This was our first time visiting Florida and we can’t wait to come back again

I loved everything about the Property. The house is well maintained and the decor fits the theme. We will definitely not hesitate to book this house again we loved it and the neighborhood it is in. It is very close to shopping centers, restaurants/fast food and attractions/activities

I loved everything however my Kids didn’t like that their bed in the kids room headboard would bang against the wall when they would move. They said it was very noisy and it was but not too noisy where you could here it from other rooms. Other than than that our stay was excellent
