Perfect getaway

Location was great because we were visiting friends at the Marina. Loved the 2 restaurants on property. Liked the free parking. Could tell was recently updated. Very cute decor. Liked the outdoor space even though no views at all of harbor.

Bathroom shower head. No fan in bedroom. We did not realize bedroom was on 2nd floor. Lots of small stairs. I know it is the Hamptons but price was VERY EXPENSIVE.

Manager and staff aim to please. Beautiful location and highly recommend

Modern and spacious clean and comfortable, the pool /beach pass ( awesome) and bonjourno coffee spot by yacht club are a 10. Will be back for our anniversary.

Best. Stay. Ever. I can’t rave enough about the New EHP! Wow! Where do I begin…The Suites, The Pool, SiSi Restaurant Vibes, The Food, The Views and Michael, GM!!! Michael went above and beyond during our stay. Michael personally added so much amazing hospitality to give us a 5 star experience from arrival to departure. We will definitely be back! Loved the cottage. The view from the marina was very nice. Large master bath.

No food on premise, location is far from everything

manager Michael was very professional & fast in solving problem. He just kindly offered us an additional cottage for my boss, so she had a separate room to sleep next night. Nice cozy cottage. Close to the eater

We had very unusual experience with this place, In general place is fine... but I booked it for my celebrity boss & her Assistant for also 900$ /night and called to make sure that I have big enough place for assistant to sleep separate etc. I understand it's COVID times, but they arrived late and had to go around the property for 45 minutes (where they don't even have a proper street lights) just to find a mail box where they left us a keys for the room. It was terrible... that there is no on even to meet guests and no phones are answering at all! so they got to the room.... and it had just 1 little standard size room with bed and nothing else. So tired at 10pm after work day and trying to find it they had only one bed.... boss & her assistant. Next morning I called to fix it, receptionist was very rude and just answered sharp "SO what do you want me to do now???!!" awful. But their (I guess) manager Michael was very professional & fast in solving problem. They just kindly offered us an additional cottage for my boss, so she had a separate room to sleep next night (even tho she was complaining to me that there is almost no service and NO Wi-Fi). As a hospitality industry expert I can say that if you are expecting service & hospitality at this place for money you pay and you have to check in after 5pm - forget about it :)) if you are checking in between 9am-5pm, maybe you will have better experience. I would improve Customer Service! Check-in process organization. Wi-Fi
