Addy’s is well situated for beach & restaurant access. I love the Old Florida look of the cottages combined with modern conveniences. The guest laundry is a nice touch and the pool is clean, tidy with excellent patio furniture. The staff are friendly and helpful Very relaxing experience

I stayed in Unit 2, an efficiency room. It was perfect for me. Very clean, quiet, well appointed. I will definitely stay here again.

Our 2-bedroom unit was spacious, super clean, and quiet. Every basic amenity for the kitchen was provided (although we didn’t need to use any for this trip). Property is nicely landscaped. Pool was great. Free laundry onsite.

Bed was a little soft for me but fine for my husband.

I highly enjoyed the cleanliness of the whole room. The cabinets and furnishings seemed new and well maintained. I liked that all the small appliances and guest conveniences were bagged to ensure it was clean and stored away germ free for next guest. I enjoyed the fridge was stocked with bottled water for free use. This was a welcome repreve from the heat and humidity upon my return from the day. The landscape around the buildings were well maintained. Over all I felt relaxed and rested in a safe hotel with a charming seaside vibe without the seaview. Although the Villa was on a high traffic road (Tamiami), I could not hear the cars driving by, regardless of night or day hours. It is a charming little oasis that is being well maintained. Even when I unfortunately experienced a malfunction in my room and did not enjoy my first night's sleep, Addy's inn keepers responded quickly to correct the issue and made things more pleasant for my remaining stay. They even compensated me back for the poor sleep on the first night upon their own initiative. It shows that they care for their guest's experience and understand how to take good care of them. I would recommend staying here for business or pleasure.

I checked in at 10:30pm on a weekday. The office was closed and there was no light around the office and no one to greet and direct me where to go. I was a bit scared in the middle of the night. I rang the "Ring" doorbell by the office but noone responded right away, then I noticed the note pinned to the office door via moonlight. Once I read the note under a lamp post, I was able to gain access into my room as per instructions. By then, one of the Villa owners came out to ensure I was all set. I liked that he came out to address his guest instead of ignoring me in his off hours. Unfortunately, a loud annoying noise came out of the AC unit in my assigned room and although I contacted the contact numbers to call after hours, I was unable to reach anyone to fix the problem or get another room. I had no sleep for one night. However, the next morning, as soon as the owners were made aware of the issue, they made every sincere effort to rectify the problem and provide me with an upgraded suite. In addition, they comp'd me the first night's stay due to my poor experience. I appreciated that they took responsibility for the hiccup in service and improved my remaining stay responsively.

Excellent location very close to many stores and restaurants. Clean grounds and unit. Staff was helpful and friendly.
