The staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean

How loud the doors are. I wanted to be quite when i would shut the door at night and it sounded like i was slamming it

The location for what we wanted to do in Kansas City was perfect. It is in the middle of where we needed to go, Kauffman Stadium, Legends Outlets, and Overland Park. Also great having Jack Stack right next door for a fantastic meal when we arrived.

The only bad part is the water pressure in the shower. It is very weak.

I loved the room. So comfy, with the couch and plenty of room. There are two restaurants close that you can walk to.

I had stayed at the same location about three weeks prior. totally different experience. the room was dirty side table next to couch was all sticky and the door to the restroom was all dirty full of like crayon or something. the noise was ridiculous complained about 11pm some kids running down the halls and screaming and knocking on doors while their parents were apparently at the bar. I was told by staff when I called the front desk they said they would take care of it. it quiet down for about 5 minutes let us go another 15 minutes called the front desk again and no one answered after multiple attempts. very disappointed

When I booked my room with booking.com, I have received the confirmation, but when I reached the property by 4:00pm on my reservation day, the FD staff told me they cannot find the reservation. almost waited half an hour for checking inn also on website they don't have any clarification about pet policy. it says pet friendly, but it doesn't say they have pet fee $75.00. TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE.

It was late so and the staff worked quick to get us checked in, we had a suite so it was in a corner in 4th floor which was perfect since there were a lot of kids staying for sports championships so we didn’t have to hear the other room doors open and closing all night.

When booking through booking.com you have the option to pay cash at the location. When we arrived and ready to pay cash per our choice the host refused to allow us to pay cash and required a card. Make sure requirement’s are updated across all platforms. Some people may not have funds in an additional card to pay vs the cash on hand and banks are not open late at night to make deposit on card.
