The shower in my room was not working correctly. The knob to change the water temperature was stuck in the middle and couldn't be turned into hot water. I called to get maintenance to fix it but they never showed up.

the plain tasteless breakfast choices. Would like to see eggs and sausage. whole grain breads, chopped fresh fruit, real butter, jam not jelly.

A convenient location for a overnight stop on my drive from Seattle to Tucson.

The room was filthy, carpet, walls, bathroom door was gross. Trash was dumped next to my car by a transient.

Front desk staff were very friendly. Free parking, parking garage. Easy walking to downtown. We'll lit, safe Beds comfortable, but pillow cases felt rough, pilly. Had to grab some towels from the cart as there were not enough for 3 people. However, didn't expect housekeeping to make the beds etc., so I'm sure additional towels would have been supplied.

The halls did have a strong air freshener scent.

We loved that the property has a Tesla charger which makes it very convenient for us. Bed and room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was mediocre. We ended up going out for breakfast instead. It would have been nice to at least have had some healthier cereal options and some fresh fruit and yogurt.

Starting to need an upgrade

It had a good location.

The TV was not operating properly. There wasn’t a signal so we couldn’t watch MLB playoff games. The telephone message light was malfunctioning waking us up early. There wasn’t a message for us. The bathroom floor had dirt in the corners. We were never contacted after complaining about the tv. They didn’t get back to us at all. The continental breakfast was pretty unhealthy. all processed foods. The decor needs updating. On the most busy weekend of the year you would think there would a manager or maintenance man available especially considering the price of this hotel. No parking spaces were available so they told us to park on the street!

A nice size room. Fun decor. Very easy walking distance to town and theatres

No maid service - pretending covid keeps the maids out. No reduction in price for no maid service. No employees even wear masks The entrance level is strongly perfumed - too much. Pillows are hard as a rock. They gave me softer pillows when I asked. Breakfast is continental and not great. I come to Ashland every year for the plays. This hotel doesn't compete well with other hotels I have stayed in over the years.

Location is excellent

The breakfast was bad. With a little effort and funding it could be so much better. Please make better coffee and offer an omelette station for the prices you charge.

room deoderizer in lobby is way too strong 3 reasons for staying at Plaza Inn for 20+ years have gone away - use of the dining room for our group's game night...we were denied access - decent breakfast - evening cookies and sandwich

We appreciated the large room, kitchenette, and the early check-in. The location is wonderful; right on the creek and easy walking distance to restaurants, retail, and theaters.

Location, location, location!!! Registration area was lovely and well-managed. Appreciated the coffee choices and the fridge and micro!

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Whoever cleans toilets needs to be more aware of cleaning the OUTSIDE of the toilet. A smooth surface outside the bowl is really important. The faucet took a lot of effort to shut off. The pillows were like bricks. No options.
