Never seen a 10 digit door code.Few of broken handles, bulbs out. Had to prime the FP then it worked well, i have same type. A little $ upfit would have made the cost of stay more appropriate. DEFINITELY CHANGE OUT THE 10 DIGIT DOOR CODE.IT HAD 4 SEC TO ENTER. Place has great bones. We did enjoy our stay. Thanks

The emails and other correspondences, did not have the correct code to provide access. So little bit of a hassle to initially get in. Also far too many repented of emails from the host company

The hot tub was essentially in the driveway of the Lodge. We did not use it as it had no privacy. The fees associated with the rental were outrageous.

Close to slopes and great accommodations! Loved being able to store skis at silver lake lodge. Very clean and great for a family of 6!

Location very convenient to ski lockers and slopes. Hot tub on balcony very nice at end of a ski day. Living area spacious and kitchen well equipped. Complimentary shuttle service to restaurants was prompt and pleasant.

Because of a mgmt change from our last stay here, there was no longer service to provide fresh towels, or even a place where guests can exchange used ones for clean. Also, guests required to take their trash to the basement, and no recycling receptacles provided. Beds and pillows old and tired.TV didn't work.Front office supposed to open at 7am,and at departure we were trapped unable to get through lobby out to our ride because at 7:20 an no one there. Multiple calls to VACASA did not help - they had no local contacts and were a call center without any ability to help, didn't know code to door, etc.We would have rather paid an extra daily amount to have these basic amenities.
