Loved how close to the beach it was.

Bathroom was small

the room is bigger than I thought it would be and the table is nice

the beds were not very soft and the bathroom is small. also the window just has blinds and let in a ton of light.

rooms were very clean loved the vinyl planking floors rather than gross carpet usually found in hotels.

The location for this hotel was excellent. We were right on the beach and close to a large grocery store and good restaurants. The parking was close to the room as well. The staff was kind and genuinely seemed interested in our happiness - this is a rare quality in my opinion.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. I would not call it luxury, but it was perfect for our needs and I would return.

Recently renovated, very clean, above average size square footage. Had microwave and mini fridge a definite plus. On the beach and easy access to causeway bridge. Had clean swimming pool. Didn't hear neighbors. Had two television on the wall. ( Don't know why) Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loaned bottle opener, which we returned at checkout. Although we haven't traveled during the pandemic, it was in retrospect a good value because of location.

At check-in we were told, that we wouldn't be bothered by employees entering our unit during our stay.i.e which means that we were to do the cleaning and restocking ourselves. ( No maids service). (( Would appreciate information about services on sales information)) Although there were 5 hooks on wall would appreciate bolt on closet bracket somewhere in room. For some reason bed made metallic sounds when shifting weight.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Hotel layout is convenient to both the beach and the parking lot.

There was something in our room that I was allergic to. I'm not sure if it was some kind of dust or mold in the ac. My sinuses were bothering me in our room. My sinuses would clear up outside, but I would begin the get sinus pressure and a headache when I returned to the room. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean.

Friendly, accommodating, clean, location… even being short staffed, you’d never know it. We stayed last year for celebrating a life event, came back again for same event to make sure it wasn’t just a good timing for our visit. Both were excellent and we plan to continue celebrating with them as long this continues or Jesus comes and takes us away.

Our remote to tv was weak… but told them about it and they were on it!!!

Walked from office to room and keys not activated. Broken ice machine. Had to go to office for ice or on another floor. That was inconvenient. Bathroom lighting was poor. Blown bulbs. I think the rates were too high. I'm a senior citizen and paid full $709 for three nights

the property was right on the beach and the kids loved the pool and hammock area

Our room was awful. We paid a good price for the room and it was not clean and the bathroom was in very poor condition. The floors, drywall and trim all need to be replaced. The worst part though is the WiFi did not work the entire week even though we was told multiple times that “IT is working on it” I will not recommend the hotel.
