The service was excellent. The property was very nice and clean. I would love to stay there again.

Breakfast was decent. Plenty of options.
No beverages for the kids though. I would have like some better cream and sugar substitutes for the coffee. The coffee wasn’t very good. But it did the job.

This was a good location by the baseball field. We found places to eat around the area.
I was upset that there was only one elevator for the whole building. I wish they had towels outside for the pool.

Being charged $100 extra after being told because we travel so far and didn't check in until after 3am our rooms would be extended of one night at no charge. Well that didn't happen. Not happy at all. This was supposed to be 2 rooms both rooms charge extra.

Easy to find. very convenient to local highways and free parking.
Staff were not very friendly nor open with information. Most seemed untrained or just started. Ice machines were not convenient and of the two only one worked.

I can not say enough about the staff!! They were absolutely great and made sure we were taking care of. We drove and hour to have my baby & there was a scheduling era so was told to come back the next day, so quickly got this place booked & then my doctor called the hotel to see if they could move my check out time back later and they did, no questions!!

The staff was terrible.. The locked my wife out of our room.
Horrible expérience will never stay there ever again. The staff locked and basically kicked my wife out our room. After i asked them to add her to the new réservation.

I had to switch my room due to the condition of the first restroom and shower. The room I was switch too wasn't clean either. I was told I couldn't get a refund or an adjustment on the rate because I booked through booking and not directly from the company.

Hotel was clean and updated. Staff was very friendly. They ran out of coffee in theobby so one of the workers made a cup from the food part and brought to us while more was being made. Beds were pretty comfortable. Rooms were good size for a family of 4.
Fire alarm went off at 4 am due to an issue in the kitchen. Our room never really cooled down. Housekeeping walked in on us getting dressed one morning.

Staff rude, tried charging me twice, and multiple false fire alarms and no staff to direct guests

Blaine was very nice and friendly.
9 pm to 12 the People next to us kept letting door slam.
