staff was amazing. Clean and smelled good

our tub would not drain at all. we took showers that night showed didn’t drained got up the next morning early took a shower and yet again still wouldn’t drain. we told front desk and was told oh I will get someone to come look at it. the second time was told it’s gonna have to wait till Monday since staff was off. didn’t off a different room the first one didn’t even tell me staff was off. we left and came back a few hours later and there was still water in tub.

I have been staying at this hotel for years for leisure and business. My biggest issue is the price. I will always go here first if rates in the area are running the same; however, I will choose another hotel sometimes if rates are cheaper with same quality.

The room was nice and well kept. There were not any major issues and staff were quick to supply the items requested.

Breakfast was not included in the price and that seemed unreasonable for this level of hotel and the price paid.
