Room sizes were large. Location of hotel was very convenient and was accessible from three highways.

We had a suite (two rooms) There was no daily room cleaning- Room cleaning once every three days. One piece of a very tiny soap was in the toilet which last for one day and we had to collect soap from reception. Rooms were smelling when we entered. The rooms had no ventilation. Bath room and toilet had no extraction fan. There was no windows to be opened for ventilation. Two Window ACs were installed, one each room. Room temperatures had to be cooled down below comfort zone in order to reduce unpleasant odor.

Javier Jaimes, front desk manager was outstanding in making our stay at Crowne Plaza memorable.

The room we were initially booked into had many issues, broken chair, non-functioning refrigerator, no sheets for the pull out bed and the thermostat was broken. It didn't help that when I booked the suite, I picked a room that had 2 separate sleeping areas. Not realizing that the suite was for the handicap.

Visiting family we found the location was great. The rooms are simple and comfortable.

Very small unventilated bathroom.

Carpet was filthy in our room. Pills left behind on the floor. Hotel looks tired in the hallways. Towels at the Pool were thread bare.

Nice location, comfortable in all aspects. Seems to be enough parking.

Restaurant staff and food were great. Female at front desk was pleasant and helpful.

Upon entering they said the room we had booked was not available. Not a big deal. However, when we entered the room she gave us, there were food wrappers and nuts on the floor. (Making it seem it hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned properly.) She moved us to a different room on the 2nd floor. We noticed in the morning that the ceiling was becoming damaged from a water leak. This is during a bad streak of rain. Out of concern we took a photo and showed the front desk person. He called maintenance and said they would attend to it while we were gone. When we returned several hours later, they did nothing but peel the paint back farther. Told us it was nothing. My husband touched the ceiling and it was extremely soft in the area where the water was or had been leaking. Again, this is during a time where California was flooding. We understand stuff happens. Nevertheless, the room needed to be fixed before you allowed guests to stay in it. Just kind of tacky and not what we expected.
