Could’ve offered breakfast at least and the owners were not so friendly

Check in was smooth, quick and easy.

Room had bugs, even some in bed and on pillows. Staff just said "sorry". I was only there for 1 hour, they didn't offer to refund me anything towards my stay.

It seemed somewhat clean and the room had the bare minimum stuff but the location was very sketchy. Not the best part of town and definitely not safe.

Not a safe neighbourhood. Very sketchy location. We were even scared to get out the car to unload our stuff

The lady who helped us check in was very kind. The room was comfortable and had a fridge along with a microwave. The internet worked well and the tv had cable. They made sure our toiletries and towels were always stocked. I personally found it was at a good location from restaurants, coffee shops and a short drive to the pier.

These people are super nice! There was some homeless people outside talking late at night, but nothing happened. I liked how simple everything was, there is a supermarket about 100 meters from the hotel which was nice. In CA, it was exactly what you pay for....

I hate to have to say this, but I think it should be said because I saw another review who said the same thing. I woke up that morning and I saw three roaches that I had to kill in the bathroom - two in the shower, and one on top of the toilet. Roaches are disgusting and they breed frequently and rapidly. You guys need to get an exterminator because this could hurt your ratings. It would be unfortunate because other than this issue, it was a nice stay.... I saw someone rate the same thing back in October 2022 and now my trip was March 2023.....Please fix this...

Location is good. Parking very good. Staff is very helpful. Clean.

Only two downers were the bed spread had a couple of tears. And the door desperately needed new weatherstripping around it and and on the bottom of the door/threshold. (Noise and cold air/water made its way under the door. Stopped it with a towel. )

WiFi was often down , making communication or access to the internet impossible.
