Struttura ottima, abbastanza comoda per il centro. I servizi erano impeccabili, tutto era ben organizzato. Le camere spaziose con vista molto bella. Piscina veramente carina. Anche il ristorante non era male. Mi sono trovata davvero molto bene, anche la colazione era ricca con molta scelta.

Se devo trovare un difetto la struttura ha il problema di essere vicinissima e in traiettoria dell’aeroporto, quando ci si trova in piscina passano aerei continuamente.

Grote en aangename kamer (suite). Vriendelijk personeel in restaurant. Vlakbij Naples.

the hotel is on the flight path. There is a plane passing over the hotel every 5 minutes. 9 /10 for a hotel with the smell of kerosen in the pool, we don't give a damn about the customers.

Front of house staff and bar staff made this break enjoyable and saved what could have been a dissapointing stay. Breakfast was good and had a varied selection of hot and cold items. Outside space was enjoyable and well serviced. Parking on site was a bonus in such a busy city and gave easy access to the hotel. The hotel was close to downtown

Housekeeping was very poor and the service they provided took the edge of what should have been a wonderful break. In room tea and coffee was not up to Hyatt's usual standard. No milk/creamer was provided on either of the 3 days of our stay. We had to request this from reception or bring it back from breakfast. Is this a new policy for Hyatt? I think not. Whilst tea and coffee is advertised as being provided there actually was only one tea bag was provided and that being Earl Grey - how many people drink that as a matter of course? So no choice there. The safety grab bar fell of the wall in the shower which could have caused a serious accident for anyone not sufficiently mobile. Having said all this the front of house staff were very apologetic and very helpful on the two times I complained and gave us a discount on the parking fee which was greatly appreciated.

The room was nice - I was upgraded to a studio suite, as the room I had booked was not available. The bed was very comfortable

The room was clean on the whole, but the kitchen bin had not been emptied from the last guest. Also, when I left cups in the sink, they were not washed up. There were no toiletries in the bathroom area, other than in the shower. I even had to request a shower cap. The toilet paper was very flimsy. The reception staff did not seem very knowledgeable about the area.

Dejligt sted, med en god swimmingpool. Nemt at komme til og fra Hotellet.

Cet hôtel je suis allée en famille depuis 15 ans . Malheureusement sera la dernière fois car les personnels sont peu arrangeants. Contenus la fréquentation il vaut mieux être souple

Des souvenirs de cet endroit , des habitudes , un établissement aussi beau ne pourrait pas laisser des personnels peu aimables et peu expérimentés derrières la réception

The ants in the kitchen were disappointing. Not enough toilet paper and towels. Had to go to the desk to retrieve them. Not a fan of paying for parking at the hotel for 3 days. That was never listed in the initial confirmation.

I liked the hotel because it’s still near to the shops,restaurants etc just nice few minutes walk. Also the pool area is nice And the fact that the hotel has a restaurant. I think I might come back to this place again.

I didn’t like that the hotel charges $25 a day for parking

Windows dirty, hard to see “river/stream” outside windows. Room needed a refresh/update overall.

El desayuno , la calidad de la mercadería y de lo elaborado era bastante baja. Los precios de los productos del ‘kiosco’ en recepción eran muy altos.

The front desk staff were great especially Shelby and Maureen who sorted a small wrinkle quickly and without fuss. The room was large and the pillows absolutely fantastic.

Breakfast on the weekend was like a chimps tea party with large tables of kids, some throwing food at each other.

Comfortable, relaxing, and close to 5th Ave and by close I meant walking distance which is extremely amazing. Food was great, staff was friendly and very helpful. The indoor garage parking is great! I’ve stayed at the Hyatt on 5th for about 4 years now and I absolutely love this place! We Recommend Hyatt House on 5th!

Since we live in Chicago we fly to Naples and we don’t bring beach stuff like chairs, umbrellas, etc. Some hotels in other parts of Florida like Boca, Fort Lauderdale offer beach stuff. This would be so beneficial and guest at your hotel would love it!
