No breakfast. Next door to a Brames for food

The room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable.
The man who checked us in was a crank, not friendly in the least and did not make us feel welcome.

Location on Route 66
The towels had a brownish tinge. Wife and daughter were not comfortable taking showers. Smoke detector beeped all night. Manager didn’t seem too upset when I mentioned it to him the next morning.

Very friendly staff, gave me some good dining recommendations. They were cooking, and it smelled so good it made me remember that I was hungry! Clean room, very comfortable, and conveniently located along route 66, lots of dining options around.

We arrived just before midnight & the owner was very welcoming, happy to provide us with extra pillows & towels & even willing to chat a bit about the history of the “Flamingo” & the town before bidding us a good nights sleep giving us the feeling of coming home to family for a visit. Also, great water pressure!!!

the price is great.
what do mmm should I expect for $54 ? well I do expect a soap big enough to use rather than a sliver I usually stick to a new bar of soap. There was no extra blanket for my wife who gets colder than me. in layman’s terms, it’s pretty dumpy. I’d prefer to spend more and get more. but we were in Elk City, OK.

You could park your car in front of the room.
The location is om Route 66.
If I would do the Rte 66 again, I surely would stay here again.
It’s a normal, big motelroom. loved it!
check-in was weird. The staff didn’t spoke a word and just gave me some papers to sign. It was a little weird.
There was no breakfast, but a lot of motels on the 66 doesn’t seem to provide one.

A wonderful location perfectly close to the Route 66 Village and near our now favorite restaurant, Prairiefire! Super innkeepers! And we met some other very friendly travelers for a really nice evening and rest.
There’s nothing we didn’t like at all.

Very roomy and the bed was Very Comfortable. Owner was very helpful in recommending a good place to eat. Please don't pass this place up and don't let the affordable cost scare you away. I Highly Recommend!!!
Just one small issue. Shower water pressure which in my opinion could be corrected by installing a new reasonably priced Shower Head! (Just calcium build up in existing Shower Head)
