The blinds were broken - you could see into the room so we had to drape towels over the windows for privacy. The mattresses were old, uncomfortable and noisy. Also, we could not access the beach as the stairs were blocked with sand and it was never cleaned off.

After a long day of sightseeing, we pulled into this property to discover there was no office and no staff on site. I called the phone number contained in the reservation, only to be told they had no record of my reservation. I was put on hold and then disconnected. I called back and got a very nice young man who found my reservation, but didn't know my room number. He then gave me a code to what room I had no idea. The first person I spoke with then called me back. I merged the two calls just trying to figure out what room I was in. We finally got the room number. I asked the girl to stay on the line until I got inside. When I tried to enter the code it wouldn't work. I was told 'oh you need to enter the # sign first. I had no idea about that and if I had hung up it would have had to call back because I didn't have the full code. The room was visibly clean, but smelled very moldy/musty. I shut off the air and opened the windows to air it out and it made it bearable. Right around 12:30 we were woken up by the people next door who were having a raging party. Finally, someone went over and told them to quiet down. It was awful. I will never rent from Kees again. What a ridiculous system they have

Hinter einer Düne (etwa 10-20 Meter) befindet sich direkt der Strand. Zudem gab es immer zeitnah Information der Inhaber, Türcode kam direkt am Vortag mit allen Informationen die man benötigt. Es war auch alles da was man benötigt (Küche mit Kühlschrank)

Es handelt sich hier um in die Jahre geratende Bungalows (mit Teppich), eine Generalüberholung wäre ein langfristige Investition. Da würde ich auch gerne etwas mehr zahlen, so haben die Zimmer nicht zum längeren Verbleib eingeladen.

Close to beach and the cottage was beachy and quaint. Quiet

Our apartment was less than 100 feet from the ocean. The photo that Oceanside shows the gazebo were you can see the ocean and beautiful beach area. We loved how close we were to the beach. I have to walk with a cane and I was able to go up to the gazebo take photos and then go down to the beach to catch some rays. Loved it, loved it, love it. We had a great stay.
