The bed and pillows were exceptional. The shower was also very, very nice. The full size refrigerator came in handy with our travel items.

The breakfast described by others as exceptional was NOT what we encountered. All items were individually wrapped which was nice but items were of low quality. No yogurt was offered and the egg with bacon on a muffin on our second morning there was disgusting and almost inedible with the thinnest slice of "something" passed off as bacon that was actually tranparent and tasteless. We stayed in a King Studio that was nothing like the picture in the advertisement. The sofa/bed in our room was on the same wall as the TV so you could not see the TV from the sofa (TV did NOT swivel). Thus, the room had effectively only ONE chair to watch TV.

The only thing i didn’t like was the fact that i had to switch rooms in the middle of the night due to loud noises coming from the heater systems. And the TV stopped working in the bedroom and never got fixed

It was close to where I wanted to go. I also liked the large shower.

The bed was worn out. I ordered and paid for a king size and got a queen. I made a special request to have six pillows on the bed and got an email saying that would be granted. There were only 4. There was a glob of dust between the bed and the night stand. The hair dryer didn't work right, and when I wnted to call the front desk to ask for a new one, the phone didn't work. The replacement dryer was CLEARLY broken, so it wasn't even checked first. Lights didn't all work. Drawers had remnants of something. Not clean. And the noise of this place made for miserable sleep. Free ear plugs ought to be included with stay. Planes, trains, boats, and trucks and a thumping kid for hours on end.

Very nice location even though another hotel is right across from the hotel. I barely heard anyone while in My room. On Sunday I guess they thought the floor was empty so the cleaning crew was really loud. We was staying until Monday.

The parking if you leave out at night you may have to search for parking when you get back. Also be mindful they put a hold on your card of a different amount than what Booking.com charges. However, you'll get the deposit back. We had to get our sheets changed when we 1st got in. They was dirty already! Check your bed, don't just dive right in. Lol.. Don't get me wrong it's a beautiful hotel and the staff was really nice.
