Clean and close to work.

Booked and paid thru booking.com. Upon checkout they said they couldn't see the payment made, so payment was made. Called them several times for refund. Emailed the manager Joe Mapes but no response up until now. It'll be almost 2 months now.

Both the evening staff and the morning staff of our stay were extremely helpful and courteous. They helped with our accommodations and were always in a great mood; despite setbacks they had to deal with. They sought out ways to best help our family meet our needs and made our stay very welcomed. Breakfast was very good. Excellent array of options and the quality was good as well. Room was very clean and spacious. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Staff was one of the best I have worked with, very pleasant, personable and professional. Had a great breakfast bar every morning.

Main lobby was clean and so was the room.

Breakfast was lacking. Arrived 1.5 hours before end of scheduled times and most food items were not available. Hall floor to room was dirty.

Didn't have trash cans anywhere in room. The ac/heating unit had exposed wires upon checking in. At checkout no one was available. Breakfast items were out several attempts down for breakfast.

The room was big and bright and the facility was new.

The toilet was leaking and the receptionist said that someone might have left something in the toilet tank which made it leak. I found a wet towel in the bathroom, a disposed cookie package and I also found one sock on the chair. I couldn't accept the excuse the receptionist told me. She said it was the new staff who did the cleaning. They even told me they would reimburse me $50, but they did charge me the full price. They did nothing.

Was unhappy no bathtub to take bath, no hot tub, and no parking available when we returned to the hotel. Had to park up the hill and walk down to location cause people had trailers in parkway instead of parking those up hill. Breakfast was not all so great as well.

I do not love the breakfast options provided. simple eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy or pancakes would be great. Theres always some fancy plastic things there that are unappealing.

Friendly and helpful front of house staff. Close to a number of restaurants and shopping centres. Comfortable beds and generally clean.

Breakfast items were limited. No hotel bar. Decor in the corridors was a little dated.
