Location and in very good area quite environment and friendly neighbourhood

Thee Aircondtiong is not what we expected some rooms in the house was very hot we asked for assistance and someone came and before the start inspection they asked for a tip and we gave them a good tip and they tried for a while which was less than 20 minutes and they were not able to solve the problem

If there was anything that we liked was easily overshadowed by the fact that we were not given what we booked.

We weren't given the bed format that we booked this stay for. Got a queen bed while we booked a king. I had to sleep on an uncomfortable twin bed.

Beautiful facility with great staff and spa.

Plenty of space for two families with 8 people. Loved the location and the main pool on the property. Our condo also had a smaller pool, hot tub and game room, which the kids loved. I loved the Gore Creek trail that ran right next to the property. So beautiful and the perfect way to get over to the pool are or Lionshead. The shuttle was a nice perk as well, and Vail city bus stop right outside the condo.

The condo (and building) didn’t have working air conditioning and it was hot. The unit had fans in the closet which made it tolerable, but not always comfortable. We stayed in a room upstairs and there was a spiral staircase to get up there that was pretty rickety—couldn’t have more than one person on there at a time due to safety concerns. Secondarily, there was a group of people staying in the condo building who had 15 kids with them and this group really hogged the pool and pool area. On our first day in Vail, they were there from about 2 to 10 when it closed. There were times we got to use the small pool, but typically we had to walk over to the main building.

Location was amazing. Quiet place right next to the river

The advertised photos in Booking.com did not match the property offered once we arrived.

Most of the staff was rude didn’t really help you .
